Built on technology proven in a million homes
Under the surface, Myah runs on Home Assistant, the world’s most popular home automation platform, used in over a million households and compatible with more than 1,000 brands of smart home technology.
For you, that means three things:

Myah is not built on one company’s proprietary gadgets. If you ever want to add a new kind of sensor or device to your home, the platform almost certainly already supports it.

The platform beneath Myah is tested daily in over a million real homes, in every housing type and every country you can think of.

Home Assistant is famously capable, and famously technical. Our managed service makes things simple for you. We add the features, manage the updates, and provide remote support, so your home simply works.

Where Myah is heading
We are steadily adding features to Myah. Our priority is practical, everyday help, focussing on three areas:
Sensing more
New kinds of sensors that let the home notice more of what matters, from temperature and smoke to who is at the front door.
Knowing more
Bringing in useful information from beyond the home, in the same way Myah already handles weather and bin collections. We are also improving how your home uses and displays information from your home, while keeping it in your home.
Doing more
Gentle control of the home itself. Next on our list is heating: warmth when you need it without a thermostat or separate app to adjust.
We deliberately do not publish dates or feature lists. Myah’s roadmap is steered by what our customers ask us for, and we would rather build the right thing next than the thing we guessed at a year ago.
