Myah is a flexible platform which co-ordinates almost all smart home products, so your home manages itself based on rich sensor data – with dashboards on tablet and phone that are there to be read, not operated. Our specialty is software-based automation using consumer equipment; not home cinema installs, and not rewiring your mains electrics. Prerequisites : The property must have broadband with a wired (Ethernet) connection available for the Myah hub.
We offer a 30-day “no questions asked” return on your Myah starter kit equipment. The configuration & guided self-install services, once carried out, are not refundable. The guided self-install fee is refundable only if your call hasn’t happened yet, and only within 30 days of receiving your kit. See our Terms & Conditions within Important documents for full details.

Subscription payments are fully refundable within 30 days of receiving your kit. After that they’re non-refundable, though you can cancel future payments at any time.
